Cold Jellyfish Cucumber

Wash the jellyfish and soak in water for 5 hours

Pour the jellyfish when the water in the pot is about to boil and stir for a few seconds

Take it out immediately, let it cool and boil

Clean the cucumber and slice it

Add appropriate amount of salt to marinate for an hour, strain out the juice

Tips:
When blanching the jellyfish, don't use the water too hot, just burn it for a few seconds, otherwise the jellyfish will become hard and affect the taste.
