Cold Lettuce Leaves

Wash the lettuce leaves and cut into long sections.

Peel the garlic and cut the minced garlic.
3.
Boil water in a pot to blanch the lettuce leaves.
4.
Too much cold water immediately. (My home uses water from a direct drinking fountain. You can use cold boiled water, tap water is not recommended)
5.
Then squeeze out the water and put it in the dish.
6.
Put minced garlic in a small bowl, add sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and chicken essence to make a bowl of juice and pour it on the lettuce leaves.
