Cold Lotus Root Slices
1.
Peel the lotus root, cut it into thin slices, and blanch it until cooked. I use the picture-like sesame sauce, which is completely for the sake of saving trouble and no need to adjust it yourself. Mash the garlic into garlic paste.
2.
The chili oil you fried yourself, or the chili powder you bought from a certain treasure, is very spicy. You only need to add two teaspoons. It can be used for a long time. You can add a little bit every time you mix cold dishes.
3.
Put the above ingredients together and add light soy sauce and vinegar. Just a little bit. Add sesame oil and a little salt and mix well. If you like coriander, you can add some. I didn't add it here because it tastes good.
Tips:
Don’t cook the lotus root for too long. It’s fine when it’s cooked. It’s crispy and delicious. You can ask me for the address of the chili powder separately.
