Cold Lotus Root Slices

Peel the lotus root and cut into thin slices, wash it and soak it in water for a few minutes

Boil water, put the lotus root slices in a pot and cook for 5 minutes. After cooking, remove and let cool for later use

Chopped chives, chopped dried chilies at will and place them on top of the chives

Burn the oil, boil the oil and pour it on the dried chilies, I used about 4 tablespoons of oil

Add soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and salt and mix well to form a sauce. You can taste the taste that suits you. You can add some soy sauce, vinegar and other condiments appropriately.

Add the chopped coriander to the cold lotus root slices, pour the juice and mix well.
