Cold Medlar Sprouts

Wash the wolfberry buds

Boil water in a pot, pour the wolfberry buds, blanch them and change color, remove them

Pour into the basket and let cool

Squeeze out the moisture by hand

Add salt to the garlic mortar, peel the garlic, wash and pound it into a puree

Tips:
As long as the wolfberry sprouts are fresh, do not over-harvest, otherwise it will affect the growth of wolfberry; peanut oil can also be replaced with sesame oil or olive oil.
