Cold Mushrooms
1.
Wash the mushrooms and cut into slices about 3 mm wide;
2.
Blanch in boiling water for about 5 minutes; (put a little salt in the water)
3.
Drain the water, remove it, and put it into a bowl of mixed vegetables;
4.
Wash the green onions and cut into rings about 3 mm thick, wash the bell peppers and cut into small pieces, wash and mince the garlic;
5.
Put a little cooking oil in the wok, and when the oil temperature is slightly higher, add the minced garlic, green onions, and sweet peppers in sequence. Slowly fry them over a medium-to-low heat to create a fragrance;
6.
When the scent of onion and garlic comes out, turn off the heat, pour them onto the mushrooms that have just been cooked, then add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, and sesame oil, and mix well; (if you like the numb flavor, you can add some pepper noodles)
7.
Load the plate and finish.
