Cold Noodles
1.
Break a piece of cold buckwheat noodles and soak in water for a while. I personally think this cold noodles is quite good. A pack of 5 servings. If you cook cold noodles, you can eat it four times, but I have a big appetite. Hahaha
2.
Shred cucumber, cut green onion into chopped green onion, and cut garlic into minced garlic
3.
Bring the water to a boil on the fire, put the cold buckwheat noodles in a hot water pot, keep stirring the noodles until the water is turned on and immediately turn off the heat, quickly drown the cold noodles in cold water, rinse the noodles with water, and put them on a plate. (If there is cold water mixed with ice and water, it is best to let the noodles cool quickly, so that the noodles are more vigorous, but you don’t bother to make it so hard if you make it yourself. If you really want to eat the noodles, you can cook it for a while)
4.
Tear the sauced beef into small strips, you can add more to make it more delicious
5.
Put chili sauce, sprinkle with vinegar and sesame oil. Sprinkle the sliced cucumber, chopped green onion, garlic, and sesame seeds. If you like to eat coriander, you can also add coriander
Tips:
You can put some of the side dishes as long as you like, and the right amount is fine. Mainly put more vinegar, chili sauce, and beef in sauce. When I made it, there was no cucumber at home, and the green pepper shreds were very fragrant.
