Cold Noodles

Wash and shred cucumbers for later use

Roll out cooked peanuts and set aside
3.
Add two teaspoons of light soy sauce to the bowl

A teaspoon of oyster sauce and a teaspoon of aged vinegar

1/2 teaspoon salt

Add sesame oil and minced garlic
7.
Add crushed peanuts and stir evenly
8.
Heat the pot and add the noodles you bought
9.
Boil on high heat for nine ripe, remove and cool
10.
Put the noodles in a plate, pour the adjusted sauce, sprinkle with coriander and cucumber shreds.
Tips:
You can add a teaspoon of chili oil to your taste.
