Cold Noodles

Noodles.

Add boiling water to the noodles and stir while adding.

And into a soft dough.

Squeeze the noodles into a steamer with a glutinous rice cooker and steam for 10 minutes on high heat.

Let the noodles be steamed and let cool.

Mix sesame oil, light soy sauce, aged vinegar, chili oil, and salt.

Put the noodles into a bowl, stuff the cucumber shreds, pour the juice into the bowl, stir well and enjoy.
Tips:
The noodles will stick together after being steamed, and they can be torn apart after cooling.
