As soon as I eat in the summer, I lose my appetite, the rice is changed to porridge, and the dishes prefer refreshing cold dishes. Cold cucumber, every family loves to eat it, every family will make it. I add freshly fried peanuts to it. It is crispy and delicious, sour and spicy as an appetizer. It is a very good choice to go with porridge or wine in hot weather.
