Cold Peanuts

Dice carrots and wash peas

Peanuts are soaked in advance and then cooked
3.
Carrots and peas are blanched in boiling water
4.
Peanuts, carrots, and peas put together
5.
Add salt, steamed fish soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, sesame oil and mix well
6.
Good for serving with congee and wine
