Cold Peanuts

1. Soak peanuts two hours in advance

2. Put water in a pot, pour peanuts, add a little salt, add a little green onion, ginger, pepper, dried chili, star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil on high heat. Turn to medium heat and cook for half an hour

3. Soak for half an hour after cooking

4. Fish out the peanuts

5. Cut some diced celery, diced carrots, and diced cucumber

6. Boil the water in a pot, add the diced celery, and blanch the diced carrots for half a minute to remove

7. Quickly put it in cold water

8. Then drain the water and put the diced cucumber into the peanuts
