Cold Peanuts

Ingredients, soak peanuts two hours in advance, chop finely bean paste

Part of the green onion, ginger and garlic is chopped into large pieces, and a part is chopped

Boil the peanuts in a pot, add the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and bay leaves, bring to a boil on high heat, simmer for 40 minutes on low heat, let cool

Cut red bell pepper and cucumber into granules, and finely chop coriander

Combine light soy sauce, oyster sauce, scallion, ginger, garlic, bean paste, chili sauce, white vinegar, sesame oil, and cold boil together to make a juice

Mix the juice with the cooked peanuts, red bell peppers, and cucumbers.

Serve and sprinkle with coriander
