Cold Peanuts and Pickles

Soak the peanuts overnight and then clean them up

Add peanuts in cold water, add appropriate amount of pepper and star anise, cook for about 30 minutes, until cooked. Then fish out the pepper and star anise

Remove the cooked peanuts and drain them for later use

Prepare celery and carrots
5.
Boil water in a pot, blanch celery and carrots

Then remove the celery and carrots and add them to the peanuts
7.
Add the right amount of salt and chicken essence, add the right amount of chili oil

Just mix well

You can add sesame oil if you like
