People in our hometown love to eat cold pork head meat, and I like to eat the ears inside. The toughness and crunchy chewiness make it lack the greasiness in the meat, and it is more refreshing.
Of course, such a plate of cold ears has also become our favorite among men's dishes.

Cold Pig Ears

1. The main material.

2. Cut the pig's ears into thin strips, chop the garlic into minced garlic, chop the green onions, parsley and the spicy millet.

3. Put the minced garlic in a bowl, rinse with a little bit of cool white vinegar, add some white vinegar, add salt, and mix with light soy sauce, sesame sesame oil and linseed oil.

4. Put the cut pig ears in the pot.

5. Top with shredded green onions and millet for spicy.

6. Pour in the mixed juice, and finally add the coriander and mix well.

Tips:

1. Be sure to put the scallion and coriander, the scallion will be greasy, and the coriander will increase the fragrance.
2. Sesame sesame oil makes this dish taste better. Flaxseed oil can be put or left according to the actual situation.
3. I like the spicy one, so I added the spicy millet to enhance the flavor and color.
