Cold Pitaya Peel

Cut off the outermost layer of the dragon fruit skin.

Cut the shaved pitaya peel into shreds.
3.
Boil a nest of water. After the water is boiled, pour the pitaya skin into the water and blanch it for about a minute.

After blanching, pick up with a sieve and drain the water.
5.
After cooling, add honey and mix well. Or, in addition to your own preference, make a cold sauce and mix well. Only honey is placed in the saucer, and the black bowl is the mixed cold sauce.
