Dragon Fruit Noodles

Between the outer skin and the flesh of the dragon fruit, there is a layer of red inner skin. After cutting it off, add water and put it in a food processor to make a paste.

Add pitaya juice to the flour.

Knead the pink dough and bake, let it rest for half an hour.

After pressing into a sheet with a noodle machine, press into noodles.

After the water in the pot boils, add the noodles and cook for about 3 minutes, and remove them when they are cooked.

Pour oil in the wok, add green onion, ginger, garlic and fry until fragrant, add minced pork and fry, season with salt, and pour it on the noodles.
Tips:
1. The outer thick skin of the dragon fruit must be removed, the one cannot be eaten.
2. When frying the meat sauce, add some soup to it, and finally thicken the starch with water.
3. The ratio of noodles to water is for reference. You should grasp the actual situation by yourself. Don't pour the water all at once. If it doesn't form a dough, add some flour, and add some water when the noodles are dry.
