Hand-rolled Noodles with Dragon Fruit Peel

Use a knife to scrape out the pitaya flesh

Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, and cook the noodles after the water is boiled

Add garlic, peanut oil, salt to the bowl

After the noodles are cooked, put them in a prepared bowl, add vinegar, light soy sauce, and chopped green onion, mix well
Tips:
1. Try to knead it into a harder dough, so that it is easy to handle, otherwise it will be sticky.
