Cold Pork Blood

Put the pork blood slices on the plate

Mash the garlic into garlic paste and put it in a bowl, add chicken powder, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, sesame oil, oil consumption, light soy sauce and mix well

Pour the mixed juice evenly on top of the pig blood and sprinkle with coriander.
Tips:
Because pig blood is bought ready-made and stewed with salt, there is no need to add salt during the cold dressing process!
