Cold Pork Ear Shreds
1.
Shred half of cooked pig's ears, wash and shred the lettuce.
2.
First mix the shredded lettuce with soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil.
3.
The western lettuce code is at the bottom of the plate.
4.
Stir the pork ear shreds with the sauce leftover from the western lettuce, and then place the pork ear shreds on the western lettuce.
