Cold Pork Liver

1. Cook the liver

2. Cucumber, onion, and pork liver slices and spread them together on the plate.

3. Put the chili noodles, pepper noodles, and minced garlic on the top of the plate.

4. Heat oil and pour over the chili noodles, pepper noodles and minced garlic.

5. Add white vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame seeds and mix well.

6. Add chives and parsley to mix for a while.
