Cold Pork Liver

Prepare ingredients for later use.

Cut the pork liver into thin slices, shred the onion, and cut parsley into small pieces.

Pour coriander and onion into the liver.

Put salt, chicken powder, vinegar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili oil in a small bowl and mix well.

Drench into pig liver. (If you don’t like spicy taste, you can leave out the chili oil)

Stir evenly to taste.
