Cold Potato Chips

Chop ginger and garlic separately, put them in a bowl, and rinse with warm water; cover and let stand for a while; add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, oily pepper, and vine pepper oil, stir well;

Peel the potatoes and wash them; then slice the potatoes;

Prepare some chopped green onion;

Bring a proper amount of water to the boiling pot and bring to a boil; add the potato slices and cook; don’t cook the potato slices too soft, they will lose shape if they are too soft

Remove the potato skins and drain the water;
