Cold Rabbit Meat

Prepare the ingredients.
2.
Dice rabbit meat and cut other ingredients.
3.
Add rabbit meat with cooking wine and salt, mix well and marinate for ten minutes.

Stir-fry rabbit meat in oil.
5.
Stir-fry until the moisture is almost dried.
6.
Remove and set aside.
7.
Stir fry until fragrant with ginger and garlic.
8.
In to the rabbit meat.
9.
Add light soy sauce salt and monosodium glutamate to taste.
10.
Add vinegar and sugar to enhance the taste.
11.
Sprinkle sesame seeds out of the pot.
12.
The wine is ready for serving.
Tips:
Stir-fry the rabbit meat with moisture and remove it.
