Cold Rice Cured Duck Head Porridge

Homemade cured duck head and cured duck wings

Cut the duck head and wings into small pieces
3.
Add 2 bowls of leftover rice and 5 bowls of water to the rice cooker

Add the cured duck head, cured duck wings and ginger slices

Drizzle in a little peanut oil

The rice cooker presses the porridge button

Tips:
1. There is no need to add salt to the porridge, because these marinated porridge are very salty. Add two or three slices of ginger and a little peanut oil when cooking the porridge.
2. If you use raw rice to cook porridge, the raw rice needs to be marinated in oil and salt for 30 minutes.
3. To cook porridge with leftover rice, just add water to cook it.
