When I was young, I didn't like to eat rice whites. Even if I stir-fried with meat, I ate the meat, and then quietly tossed the rice whites. Later, I found that my dad's cold rice whites tasted good, sweet and sour, and it was a good meal.

Cold Rice White

1. Wash water bamboo and cut into filaments, or use a plane to cut into filaments

2. According to personal taste, add salt, mushroom extract, white rice vinegar (or apple cider vinegar), sugar, chili oil, and mix well with chopsticks

Tips:

When putting the seasoning, if you are afraid of the bad taste, you can use a small bowl to season it separately. The main taste is sweet and sour, and a little spicy.
