Cold Sea Oyster Meat

Wash the sea oysters and steam them in a pot.

Remove the meat. Wash the coriander and cut into sections, then blanch it with boiling water.

Put the sea oyster meat and coriander in a clean basin, and add the very fresh soy sauce.

Add vinegar.
5.
Add oyster sauce.
6.
Mix well and put on a plate.
Tips:
Just add a little bit of soy sauce and oyster sauce, sea oysters already have saltiness.
