Sea oysters are delicious and rich in nutrients. I usually eat them steamed at home. This time they are eaten with cold sauce. The taste is also great and the recipe is very simple.

Cold Sea Oyster Meat

1. Wash the sea oysters and steam them in a pot.

2. Remove the meat. Wash the coriander and cut into sections, then blanch it with boiling water.

3. Put the sea oyster meat and coriander in a clean basin, and add the very fresh soy sauce.

4. Add vinegar.

5. Add oyster sauce.

6. Mix well and put on a plate.

Tips:

Just add a little bit of soy sauce and oyster sauce, sea oysters already have saltiness.
