Cold Seaweed Bean Curd

The tofu skins bought in the supermarket, the kelp was soaked by myself last night

Wash and cut into silk

I use a little bit of marinade ➕ salt ➕ two dried chili ➕ soy sauce to mix, boil it for 10 minutes after the water is boiled, add the seaweed tofu skin and cook for 20 minutes (you can also boil it in plain water)

Pick up and set aside (you can also eat it directly now, it smells like stewed vegetables)

Add ginger, garlic, onion, chili, coriander, vinegar, sesame oil

Tips:
If you don’t like it, you can cook it without the marinade. Just cook it and let it be cold.
