Cold Seaweed Knot

Clean the kelp knots.

Put the kelp knots in a pot and boil the water until they are cooked. (Generally, you have to use cold water when you fish, because you eat it yourself, so I don’t like cold water, just let it cool.)

After picking up the kelp knot and letting it cool, add the seasoning: dark soy sauce, white vinegar, chili sauce, garlic, coriander, and the flavor is very fresh. Stir evenly and then eat.
