2. Slice pork, sprinkle appropriate amount of cornstarch, marinate for a while, boil water in a pot, blanch the pork quickly, and drain the water

3. Cut off the calyx of the okra, boil water in a pot, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt, put the okra into the pot and boil for 3 minutes, after cooling water, cut in half

4. Dice the tomato, shred the cucumber, and tear the lettuce into a suitable size by hand

Tips:

1. There is no skill, just adjust the sour plum sauce according to your own taste. The sour, sweet and sour is delicious. What I use is the sour plum for making plum rice balls;
2. Pork can be replaced with chicken breast to reduce fat!
