Cold Shabu Meat Salad

Ingredients: pork, cucumber, okra, lettuce, tomato, ginger, sour plum, salt, black pepper, cornstarch, honey (forgot to shoot)

Slice pork, sprinkle appropriate amount of cornstarch, marinate for a while, boil water in a pot, blanch the pork quickly, and drain the water

Cut off the calyx of the okra, boil water in a pot, sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt, put the okra into the pot and boil for 3 minutes, after cooling water, cut in half

Dice the tomato, shred the cucumber, and tear the lettuce into a suitable size by hand

After removing the core, chop the sour plum, add salt and black pepper to taste, then pour in some honey (the sour plum is more sour, and add some boiling water to dilute), and stir well.

Put all the ingredients on a plate and serve with sour plum sauce.
Tips:
1. There is no skill, just adjust the sour plum sauce according to your own taste. The sour, sweet and sour is delicious. What I use is the sour plum for making plum rice balls;
2. Pork can be replaced with chicken breast to reduce fat!
