Cold Songhua Egg

Peel the Songhua eggs and rinse with water.

Finely dice the onion and green pepper. It doesn’t need to be too much, just two tablespoons each.
3.
Add a spoonful of soy sauce. Two spoons of vinegar.
4.
Mix well.
5.
Cut the Songhua eggs into four pieces each. Pour the prepared onion and chili sauce.
6.
Sprinkle a layer of cooked sesame seeds.
Tips:
The amount of vinegar and soy sauce can be added according to personal preference.
