Cold Sour and Sour Fungus

Boil the fungus in the pot (it's best to boil the water in the pan, I'm here early, and cook for 8 minutes. The fungus should not be cooked for too long, because the taste is not good).

After being cooked, soak in cold water (I used filtered water here. If there are icebergs, it will taste better if they are soaked in ice water. I have soaked for about 20 minutes).

Boil the green peppers in boiling water and it doesn't take long to pick up.

Add wild mountain pepper, Chinese pepper, pickled pepper water, white vinegar, pickled hot pepper (if you don't like spicy food, add less pepper).
