Cold Soybean Crust

Cut the oily bean curd into strips.

Shred carrots and cucumbers.
3.
All seasonings are ready.
4.
Boil the oily bean curd in a pot and remove it to drain.
5.
Add carrot and cucumber shreds.
6.
Put all the seasonings on and pour in hot oil.
Tips:
Pour hot oil on the chili powder.
