Cold Spinach and Mung Bean Paste

The water is opened into the blanched spinach. Cooked out. If it’s done, just eat it and boil it.

I use water for boiled spinach. Add some cold water and start soaking mung bean noodles. It will be ready for use in ten minutes.

You can soak the noodles and remove them for drying.

Put the spinach and mung bean noodles together, cut the green onion, ginger, garlic and parsley. Add soy sauce and vinegar chicken essence and sesame oil to taste.

If you like to eat chili, you can put the chili oil at home and stir it.
