Cold Tofu

1. Prepare the right amount of vegetables according to the number of people

2. Cut the tofu into large slices, heat it in the microwave for 2~3 minutes, and serve on a plate for later use

3. Cut lettuce into thin strips and garnish on both sides of the tofu

4. Loading effect

5. 4 tsp soy sauce, add 1 tsp sugar

6. 1 tablespoon of oil chili, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, micro-sodium glutamate, mix well

7. Drizzle the seasoning on the tofu
