Cold Tofu

Cut the tofu into cubes, blanch it in boiling water with a little salt, remove the tofu in about five minutes and place it in a large bowl to cool, and start preparing the required condiments at the same time.

Take a small bowl, add vinegar, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, oil chili, and chopped chili, stir to make a juice, then mince garlic, coriander, and chives and add.

Pour the prepared seasoning into the tofu, heat the pan to heat the oil, pour on the seasoning after the oil is hot, sprinkle a little sesame seeds, stir with the tofu, and serve.
