Cold Tofu

Prepare the ingredients

First tear off the plastic paper of the tofu

Turn the tofu over and cut off the four corners at the bottom of the plastic box. The tofu will come out of the box easily.

Next, put the chopped preserved eggs, green onion, cooked sesame seeds, salt, vegetable extract, chili powder, and sesame oil into the tofu.

Stir evenly with chopsticks and let it sit for 20 minutes before it is ready to eat.
Tips:
Be sure to let it stand for 20 minutes before eating, so that the seasoning will melt and the tofu will taste good.
