Cold Tofu with Kelp Shreds

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces, put it in a pot and steam until it is cooked through, then let cool for later use

2. Take out the kelp shreds in the bag, add diced garlic, add a little vinegar and flavored soy sauce, appropriate amount of salt and cold water to make a juice

3. Pour the adjusted juice on the cold tofu and garnish a little bit of chives.
