Cold Toon Sprouts

Toon buds pluck the old stems and leaves and clean them.

Drain the washed toon buds.

Boil water from the pot. After the water is boiled, add salt and oil.

Blanch the toon sprouts in a pot.

Blanch for two to three minutes, remove and serve.

Take a bowl of seasoning juice: Put the light soy sauce, aged vinegar, and thirteen incense into a bowl to make a juice, and pour it on the toon buds.

The cold toon sprouts are ready.
