Cold Wolfberry Leaves
1.
Prepare wolfberry leaves, wash and set aside

3.
After the water is boiled, add a small spoonful of salt, a few drops of cooking oil, and then add the wolfberry leaves and blanch for about half a minute (if you want a better taste, you can soak in cold water for 5-10 minutes after it is out of the pot) ps: please ignore my family Burning black pot, haha
4.
Prepare an appropriate amount of vinegar, salt, sesame oil and garlic paste. If you like spicy food, you can add some spicy oil according to the taste, but it is not recommended for patients.
5.
The medlar leaves are blanched, soak the medlar to soften, add the ingredients and mix well
Tips:
Wolfberry leaves have some slight bitterness. Whether they can adapt to their needs depends on personal taste. Our family likes this light bitterness. It is refreshing in summer.
