Wolfberry Leaf Pork Soup

Lean meat slices, add salt, cornstarch and light soy sauce, stir well and marinate

Remove the wolfberry leaves

Wash the wolfberry leaves

Wash the wolfberry and soak it in water

Put ginger and vegetable oil in the water and bring to a boil, put the meat slices one by one in the pan without stirring, cook for 1 minute on high heat

Pour the wolfberry and water into the pot

Add the wolfberry leaves when the water in the pot is boiled again

Add appropriate amount of salt and cook until the wolfberry leaves are soft
Tips:
1. The meat slices should be marinated before they are smooth and tender. Don't stir them when they are cooked, otherwise the soup will become turbid and the meat will become old;
2. After adding the ingredients, the raw soup should be boiled on high heat throughout the process.
