Cold Yam Pitaya Peel

Wash the dragon fruit, trim off the outer leaves and crusty

Take a small half of the dragon fruit peel and shred it. The iron stick yam is steamed for 10 minutes and then removed, peeled and shredded. Wash the lettuce, dry it, and set aside

Heat up a pan, add oatmeal to low heat, stir fry, and fry until golden in color and ready for use

Place the lettuce leaves on the plate and add some fried oatmeal

Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pitaya peel and shredded yam. You can also add 1 teaspoon of black pepper, apple cider vinegar and honey, mix well

Put the well-mixed yam and pitaya on the oat lettuce
7.
Sprinkle with fried white sesame seeds at the end
Tips:
1. When frying oatmeal, keep stirring with low heat to avoid burnt;
2. The seasoning for the mixed vegetables can be selected according to personal preference. If you like sweet and sour taste, add proper amount of fruit vinegar and honey. The elderly and children do not want to eat black pepper.
