Cold Yuba

Cut the yuba into small sections and soak in light salt water for about 20 minutes;

Pour water and salt into the pot, add peanut kernels, bring to a boil, turn to medium-low heat and simmer

The cucumber is flattened with the back of a knife and cut into small pieces;

Chop garlic and pepper into a bowl;

In the ingredient bowl, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of chili pepper, and a little salt, and mix well, then pour in half a tablespoon of water, stir well and set aside;

After the yuba is soaked, put it in a pot and cook for 2 minutes, remove the cold water with the peanuts, drain the water, and pour it into the pot;

Continue to pour the cucumber segments into the basin, pour the pre-adjusted juice, and grab evenly;
