Prepare 1 hand spinach

Cut the water spinach into sections and blanch it in a pot (add salt and cooking oil to increase the bottom flavor of the water spinach and make the color greenish).

Take out the cold water.

Prepare green onion, ginger, minced garlic, millet pepper, and Hangzhou pepper.

Cut millet pepper and hang pepper into circles.
