Stir-fried macaroni doesn’t feel very delicious. I like to mix it and eat it. It tastes more refreshing. This is a dish made the year before, and it has been kept in the computer. I see some improvement when I see the dishes I have made before and now. Yes, at least there have been improvements in arranging and taking pictures now, ha ha.

Coleslaw

1. Fold the macaroni into sections and clean them.

2. Prepare ginger, garlic and shallots.

3. Boil the macaroni in a pot.

4. Remove the water control.

5. Chop the ginger and garlic finely.

6. Add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, chili oil, chicken essence, etc., and mix well to make a juice.

7. Put the macaroni on a plate, pour the sauce on it, and mix well when you eat it.

Tips:

1. When the macaroni is blanched and boiled, add some salt and oil to protect the vegetables from discoloring.
2. The cold dish is seasoned with hot and sour sauce, which is more appetizing and refreshing.
