Color Cake

The shell opener opens the egg shell and separates the yolk and egg white.

Tips:
1. If the color is brighter and the contrast is stronger, the amount of dragon fruit and butterfly pea flower is a little more, but not too much water, otherwise the egg batter is too thin.
2. Do not add milk when adding milk powder, so as not to make the custard too thin.
3. Divide the liquid egg yolk and beaten egg white into three parts for use.
4. The temperature of the oven should not be too high. Dear friends, you can try to bake the cake directly without cutting it.
