Color Roll

Yeast, baking powder, sugar are dissolved in warm water

A pound of flour ready

The melted yeast water and good noodles, knead and wake up! ! ! (It's as hard as making noodles)

Take one third of the proofed dough, add green pigment and knead it evenly (I use a noodle machine to press evenly)

Take one third and add the red pigment and knead it evenly (press the noodle machine and drop it evenly)

After kneading the colored and white dough, use the first stop of the dough press to make it smooth and set aside

Roll the white noodles up and down with a rolling pin! (Upper and lower refers to the width of the dough)! Finally, use the mold to buckle out the round cake! As shown

Put the red side and the green side together (use less oil in the middle! To prevent sticking together)

Use a knife to cut into thick chopsticks (this can be cut at will)

Arrange like this as shown (one more layer above)! There are two floors

Wipe some water and fold the two ends as shown in the picture

Finally, just fold up the remaining dough 😄 (remember to wipe water)

When it's done, turn the dough over, so that the smooth surface is on top! Put the steamer for a second proof (I use the heat in the steamer to proof)! Wake up and steam it! Steam for 20 minutes and turn off the heat! Simmer for a minute or two before taking it out

Tips:
To make this kind of color bars, the noodles must be harder! The strips cut out like this are dripping one by one! ! !
