Color Steamed Double Eggs

Dice preserved eggs with string.

Dice the ham.
3.
Spread the preserved eggs on the bottom of the steaming box.

Sprinkle with diced ham and then sprinkle with corn kernels.

Sprinkle the eggs.

Add salt and continue to mix well.

Pour into the box.

Let stand for one minute.

Cover with plastic wrap, poke holes in a toothpick, and steam on the pot for 20 minutes.

Let cool, take out the slices and put on a plate.
Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can dip it with red oil dipping sauce.
