Colored Pepper Pork Liver

Wash ginger and garlic and cut

Bell peppers and green onions sliced

Wash the liver several times, grab evenly with salt, and rinse with water

Add pork liver to boiling water, boil to remove blood water, add some cooking wine to remove fishy

Pick up the liver and wash with cold water
6.
Pour oil in hot pan and saute ginger and garlic

Pour in pork liver and stir fry
8.
Add colored peppers, stir-fry evenly, add half a bowl of water
9.
Add oyster sauce after two or three minutes after the water has boiled

Stir fry for two minutes and add green onion and chili
11.
Stir-fry evenly to serve
