Colorful Butterfly Face

Use a juicer to squeeze 90 grams of Chinese cabbage juice and 90 grams of pitaya juice, both of which must be filtered before use. In addition, prepare a glass of 90 grams of water and prepare 3 eggs!

Pour 325 grams of high-gluten flour into a deep bowl, add a whole egg, 2 grams of salt, and stir with chopsticks.

Then add 90 grams of dragon juice.

Knead into pitaya dough. If the dough is too dry, add some pitaya juice or water.

In the same way, replace the fire dragon juice with water and choy sum juice to make choy sum dough and original egg dough.

The dough does not need to rest and relax and can be pressed directly. Repeatedly press the noodles with the noodle machine, first use the thick one, and then slowly turn it into the thin one, until the noodles are smooth enough.

Prepare three dough pieces of equal thickness, 2 pieces each.

Stack the dough pieces of different colors apart.

Since I only have 6 slices in total, which is relatively thin, I cut it a bit wider, about 8mm wide.

Press the cut colored strips from thick to thin, paying attention to pressing the surface with 2 steps at the end.

Use a round mold to print out small circles.
12.
Use chopsticks to clamp it perpendicular to the line distribution.

The water absorption rate of each brand of flour is different. Please adjust the liquid volume according to the actual flour absorption.
